about

Keeping your guitar in a dark place is an advice Captain Beefheart used to give to guitar players in his Ten Commandments of Guitar Playing. The commandments, which also include instructions for walking with the devil and listening to the birds, were used as an inspiration during the recording process in Norway and Sweden.

The EP cover photo, which shows a crumbling Palace of Pleasure, was taken by band member Justin Newall a short time before before Rhyl´s derelict Ocean Beach Fun Fair in North Wales was demolished.

Personnel: Sigmund Floyd, vocals, guitars, programming. Stian Torstenson: guitars, programming, etc. Justin Newall: bass, programming. Jørund Skaug: keyboards, programming
